This policy applies only to the Site and our own communications. Purchases of our book are completed on third-party retailer or distributor platforms, as explained in Section 6.

The Site currently directs customers to Amazon to purchase the book and may also link to Barnes & Noble or Ingram distribution or retail services. Acorn Hope, LLC does not process those purchases on the Site.

When you follow a link to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ingram, or another third-party seller or distributor, that third party independently collects and processes information under its own privacy notice and terms. This may include payment, billing, shipping, order, device, and account information. We do not control those third parties' privacy practices. Please review the privacy notice presented by the platform where you complete your purchase.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information:

  • To website hosting, security, email, and communications providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you.
  • To professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, or business purposes.

Third-party retailers and distributors process purchase information on their own behalf; they are not our on-site payment processors.
